Subjects we welcome

Pitch an explainer, comparison, background piece or reader-focused account about geography, trade, migration, technology or shared resources. We are interested in a distinct angle and useful context, not a broad survey that tries to cover the whole world at once.

What to include

Use the Contact page to send a concise summary, a working title, the central question, the intended reader and a few lines about your relevant experience or access to the subject. Mention any sources, interests or limitations that could affect how the piece is understood. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.

A good fit
